Between 2011 and 2013, I walked along the coast from the Ushant Island to Normandy. I built a series of portraits that seem to belong to the documentary tradition. They certainly do, but at the same time they move away from it : these are all chance encounters, and nothing was planned, apart from the fact that I would walk along an itinerary, from the region where I was born to the place where I now live.
